Merlin Properties, a real estate and infrastructure company, wanted to find a way to translate its way of understanding spaces into audiovisual language without relying on corporate messaging. The communication needed to feel like a natural part of the environment itself. From that starting point, we built the proposal with the building as the core element. The main idea was to express architectural space as something dynamic, capable of transforming and taking on any form.
